Many professionals feel burned out for a whole host of reasons – increased responsibilities at work, seemingly constant organisational change, the growing need to “do more with less”, complex and demanding business relationships, and even the never-ending onslaught of technology. We’ve created mindfulness programmes that combine Positive Psychology principles with key elements of the well-known Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course.
