The programme has enabled me to integrate my two worlds; that is, my authentic self (culture, beliefs, values and strengths) and my current environs. It has boosted my confidence and has equipped me with practical and professional life skills. Recently, my line manager has told me that she has seen such a positive dramatic change and that it is a pleasure working with the improved me. Incendo’s programme and the coaching sessions have changed the trajectory of my life.

I am very grateful to have been a part of this learning experience with Incendo; I am sincerely thankful to the coaches for all the information and guidance. The Beyond Boundaries programme from Incendo is an eye opening course. I am able to understand myself more and  realise what I can do better to handle different situations. With the help of Justin and Soraya, who are excellent facilitators, I was able to learn from the perspectives of other participants too.

Incendo has a great way of developing people and enabling the subject to be understood, and then put into practical application. The facilitator was second to none – he had relevant corporate experience and incredible knowledge to share, but he never let this hinder our team finding the answers we needed organically for ourselves.

After recently completing the Management and Leadership Course with Justin, I can whole heartedly say I have never attended such an impactful and fantastic course. Justin was extremely informative, helpful and overall fab! Cannot recommend highly enough!

I really appreciated the effort Incendo put into our training. With a group of six, they ensured each of us received individual attention and support. Their interactive approach made the learning environment engaging and comfortable. The models we learned have integrated seamlessly into my daily routine, and I was surprised by how easily I could apply them to my role as a team leader once I understood how to adapt them in practice.
