What you will achieve

Foundations of Reciprocal Mentoring

Understand the purpose and power of reciprocal mentoring, whilst exploring the values of equity, inclusion and psychological safety. Identify personal and systemic barriers to open dialogue in your workplace.

Core Communication & Coaching Skills

Learn how to co-create a mentoring agreement, before moving on to a range of practical coaching/mentoring skills – includes the giving and receiving feedback with compassion, and how to hold space for discomfort and vulnerability in the reciprocal mentoring relationship.

Building the Mentoring Relationship

Understand and navigate phases of the reciprocal mentoring journey while developing advanced listening and questioning techniques; practise building rapport and working through challenges, power dynamics and differences.
